Job Type: Full-Time | PM Shift (Afternoon to Evening) mon-fri 12pm-8pm / sat 830am-5pm
Pay: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour

Griffin Ford is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Detailer to join our team. As part of our service department, you'll play a key role in delivering top-quality vehicle presentation for our customers and inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform exterior and interior vehicle cleaning including wash, wax, vacuuming, and detailing
Maintain cleanliness of dealership vehicles and lot vehicles
Operate pressure washers, vacuums, buffers, and other detailing equipment
Ensure completed vehicles meet quality and cleanliness standards
Support service team with vehicle movement and lot organization
Work efficiently and safely during PM hours
Follow all dealership safety and cleanliness protocols
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Previous detailing or car wash experience preferred but not required
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to stand, bend, and move vehicles for extended periods
Schedule:
Afternoon to evening shifts
Full-time availability preferred
Weekend rotation required
Compensation and Benefits:
$15.00 to$17.00 per hour
