Attorney (Full or Part Time) – Civil Litigation & General Practice

📍  Media, Pennsylvania | Hybrid or In-Office

We’re a small, established general practice law firm based in Media, PA, and we’re looking to add an experienced  Attorney to our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a  varied caseload , values autonomy, and thrives in a collaborative, small-firm environment.

We handle a broad range of matters including  civil litigation, family law, and estates law . This role offers  flexibility —we are open to  full-time or part-time arrangements—and a  competitive salary .

Successful candidates will be encouraged to grow his or her practice by retaining ½ of all fees realized on clients brought to the practice that he/she works on.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

As a key member of our legal team, you may be responsible for any or all of the following:

Civil Litigation

• Drafting and filing pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Managing depositions, arbitrations, and court appearances
• Developing case strategies and advising clients throughout the litigation process

Family Law

• Handling custody, support, and divorce matters from start to finish
• Drafting petitions, agreements, and other court documents
• Representing clients in court proceedings and settlement negotiations

Estate Planning & Administration

• Preparing wills, powers of attorney, and related planning documents
• Guiding clients through probate and estate administration
• Representing estates in Orphans’ Court proceedings

General Legal Work

• Conducting client intakes and consultations
• Maintaining organized case files and billing records
• Collaborating with other attorneys and staff on case strategy
• Keeping up to date with PA legal developments and procedural rules

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania
• 3–5+ years of legal experience, particularly in civil litigation
• Skilled in legal writing, courtroom advocacy, and client communication
• Comfortable managing cases independently while working in a team environment
