Summary:

Provide administrative support for the Systel Building and Allison Capital Partners by performing the following:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Promote Systel, Allison Holdings, Allison Properties, Allison Rentals and Allison Capital Partners with a positive attitude, professional conduct, and professional appearance at all times.
  • Answer all incoming phone calls and assist with customer/tenant calls.
  • Monthly billing of maintenance work
  • Assist with administrative duties.
  • Arrange leasing appointments and schedules.
  • Order all supplies for the branch.
  • Accounts Payable/ Receivable, to include deposits and data entry.
  • Responsible for correspondence between Tenants and Property Management Office
  • Answer inquires about units
  • Day to day operations of the Building, to include: Tenant requests, parking lot operations, janitorial companies, building operating systems, door/entry controls and elevator controls.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Must have the ability to communicate orally with vendors, customers and employees. Must have basic clerical skills to include Microsoft Word, filing, typing, etc. Must have the ability to operate office machinery (copier, fax, computer, multi-line phones, transcriber, etc.).
