Job Title: Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: 2106 Bardstown Road, Louisville, Kentucky

We provide person-centered services that encourage growth, skill development, and community inclusion. We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative BCBA to join our team full-time.

Position Overview:
The BCBA will design, implement, and oversee individualized behavior support plans for individuals with IDD. This role includes conducting assessments, supervising staff, and ensuring services are delivered with the highest standards of care and in compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior support plans.
  • Provide direct behavioral services and oversee implementation of interventions.
  • Train and supervise direct support staff in behavior intervention strategies and data collection.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated support.
  • Monitor progress, analyze data, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and organizational policies.
  • Promote positive behavior supports and person-centered approaches.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Kentucky.
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Full-time position, Monday–Friday with some flexibility as needed.
